Copyright Policy With a few exceptions, NHES/Focus on Animals does not own the copyrights to the films in our library. Borrowed or purchased film(s) from this program should only be used in a public (non-broadcast) or private format for nonprofit educational purposes, unless otherwise indicated. Persons wishing to inquire about copyright permissions or film uses beyond the above described (ie: fundraising, television broadcast) should contact the film makers directly.
Loan Policies
NHES requires a credit card number for borrowed films; no charges will be incurred to the card except for unreturned or damaged items.
Borrowed films should be returned within 1 month from time of expected use, however, extensions are possible upon request.
Borrowers pay return postage and in some cases, insurance (about $1).
All films should be returned in the condition in which they were received; please take care to package films appropriately.
Films may contain graphic content.Age recommendations for the library films are a general guideline only. Focus on Animals library patrons are ultimately responsible for reviewing and determining the appropriateness of each film prior to showing before an audience.
