The Board of Directors of The National Humane Education Society (NHES) serves as representatives of the supporters of NHES and will be engaged with the task of choosing an annual recipient or recipient's not to exceed two persons of The James P. & Anna C. Briggs Humane Action Award. Any person(s) may be nominated for said award.
