The James P. and Anna C. Briggs Animal Adoption Center (BAAC) is a private nonprofit animal welfare organization with a central mission to provide adoption services for homeless animals.
The BAAC relies solely on charitable contributions to achieve its mission and does not receive any financial assistance from local, state, or federal governments. Although separately incorporated, the BAAC operates under the auspices of The National Humane Education Society from which it receives a portion of its operating revenues.
Additional support, however, is always welcome: in kind, volunteer, and financial.
