"How Can We Help Keep Our Pets Happy and Healthy?

I believe that we can keep our pets happy and healthy by many different ways.  We need to give them food and water every day.  We need to clean up after them and make sure they go to their doctor for check-ups.  We need to keep them clean and their fur brushed.  We need to let them sleep and do not disturb them while they are.  Most of all, I feel that animals need to be shown attention and love.  They need to feel safe and secure in our homes and know that they are part of the family.
