2008 Lottery Registration Info

Why a lottery system?

Due to the limited spaces available and to ensure a fair registration system, camper registration is conducted through a lottery system rather then on a first come first serve basis.

Registration Form and Dates:

Click on the Registration Form link under Related Articles on the left to open and print a form.  Please complete and mail to NHES one registration form per child.

Completed forms must be received at NHES no later than May 23, 2008.  Campers will then be randomly selected and their families contacted by May 30, 2008 to confirm placements.

Registration Fee and Due Date:

The registration fee of $75 per camper is due by June 6, 2008 for both the June and July camps.  If payment is not recieved by this time, the registration placement may be lost.  Payment can be made via cash or check (payable to NHES), or credit card.

Upon payment, families will receive a confirmation letter with an overview of camp activities and details.

Waiting Lists:

Campers not selected through the lottery registrations will be placed on a waiting list and randomly selected and contacted if a space opens.  Registration guidelines apply.

Refund/Cancellation Policies:

NHES reserves the right to make changes to the camp arrangements, though of course, we would strive to be accomodating if changes occur.  In the unlikely event that a camp is cancelled, the entire registration fee will be refunded.  A refund, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be issued if written cancellation for a camper is received at NHES no later than June 16, 2008 for the June camp, and July 14, 2008 for the July camp.
