How much do the NHES posters and brochures cost? Absolutely nothing - our posters and brochures are always free! You can order hardcopies and/or download online editions at no charge for the materials themselves. How much does shipping cost? To help offset the costs of the free materials program a shipping/handling fee, payable by debit/credit card, is due at time of placing an order for brochures and posters. The shipping/handling fee scale for brochures and posters: $3.00 for every 100 pieces or less $5.00 for every 500 pieces or less $1.00 for every 250 pieces or less over the first 500 in an order A “piece” is defined as 1 brochure or 1 poster. How do I download and print online posters and brochures? Back To Top To download You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above installed on your computer to view the materials. If you don't have Acrobat on your PC, you may download it free at http://www.adobe.com. Please be patient and allow time for downloading. PDF files are large and will download in accordance with your internet connection. To print Posters: Easy as the "click of a button"—just select print! Posters will print at 8.5 x 11" but are also available through mail order at the original size of 11 x 17.5”. Brochures: Each brochure requires a few steps. - Print brochure on the front and back of one 8.5 x 11” sheet of paper
- Choose the "2-sided" print option when bulk copying on a copy machine
- Trim the excess paper and fold accordingly

How much is a typical order (how many can I get)? A typical order is 100 brochures/10 posters per title requested. Larger orders can be accommodated; please include details as necessary in your request. Can I distribute NHES posters to a large number of school students? Back To Top We have found that the best practice for efficiently distributing NHES educational posters to large school audiences is to: - Provide classrooms and teachers with the high-quality 11 x 17.5" posters available free through our national office. These large, glossy posters can be displayed in classrooms, hallways, and other areas of the school where many students will view them throughout the school year.
- Provide students with the colorful 8 x 11" poster printables available free through online download and print.

Please browse the Focus on Animals free film library program and the NHES recommended reading lists. Are the NHES materials available in Spanish or other languages? At this time, NHES materials are only available in English. If you would like educational materials in another language, please feel free to email education@nhes.org for suggested resources. Are there copyright restrictions on the posters and brochures? May I add my organization's name to the materials? There are no restrictions on using NHES posters and brochures for education, outreach, fundraising, etc. We simply ask that NHES be credited for the production and distribution of our materials. Your organization’s name and contact information may be freely added to NHES posters and brochures as long as it does not cover up the NHES name and contact information. I want to make a donation towards the free materials - how much do you suggest? As a nonprofit organization, NHES relies solely on individual contributions to help us continue our free education materials program. To help offset the costs of our free brochures and posters a suggested of .05 cents per brochure and .25 cents per poster is greatly appreciated and can be added to the shipping/handling fee.
