Through NHES’s Humane Education Program, we strive to foster a sentiment of kindness to animals in children and adults.

By nurturing the natural empathy that children feel toward other living beings, NHES hopes to instill in them kindness and respect toward their fellow humans as well as the animals who share their lives.

Throughout the year, NHES offers programs for children and adults, bringing humane education to them through presentations that include hands-on activities, live animal interaction and even puppetry.
