  4. A handful frozen berries or pineapple
  5. 1 tbsp maple syrup
  6. 6-8 ice cubes
  7. Moo-Free Vanilla Milkshake
  8. Ingredients: ¾ cup coconut or almond milk
  9. 2 frozen bananas
  10. 2 tbsp maple syrup
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  12. 5 ice cubes
  13. Moo-Free Chocolate Milkshake
  14. Ingredients: ¾ cup coconut or almond milk
  15. 2 frozen bananas
  16. 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (or mix 2 tbsp maple syrup with 1 tbsp cocoa powder)
  17. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  18. 5 ice cubes
  19. Peanut Butter Bliss
  20. Ingredients: 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  21. 2 frozen bananas
  22. 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  23. 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  24. 5 ice cubes
