To federal Judge B. Lynn Winmill for overturning the Ag-Gag Law.cows

According to a recent news article, federal Judge B. Lynn Winmill agreed with the plaintiff in a suit against the state of Idaho that the ag-gag law passed in 2014 violated the First Amendment. As a result, Winmill stated that, “Prohibiting undercover investigators or whistleblowers from recording an agricultural facility’s operations inevitably suppresses a key type of speech because it limits the information that might later be published or broadcast.” This ruling could be the stepping stone that animal advocates need to overturn the ag-gag law in their states.

Take Action: Idaho residents, contact Judge B. Lynn Winmill and thank him for overturning the ag-gag law. Non-residents, contact your state legislature and show your disapproval regarding ag-gag laws.

Thank you for giving the poor animals at least a better chance not to be tortured (as much) when there are undercover investigations that allows for prosection

Judge Winmill, thank you kindly sir! To the Pennslyvania legislature, why are you afraid? Animals can NOT speak for themselves, but I sure will damn well vote for their interests!!!

If you don’t have anything to cover up as you always say you don’t, then why are you afraid of video cameras?
