Events
The National Humane Education Society (NHES) holds several fundraising events each year to raise money for its programs Spay Today and the Briggs Animal Adoption Center (BAAC). Along with fundraising events, NHES has several community events for the whole family to enjoy while spending time on the grounds of its 24-acre campus.

We appreciate our sponsors!

Walk-on registration for the event starts at 12:45 p.m. Participation fee is $10 per dog. (Donations are always welcome.) The hunt begins at 1 p.m. Please come back to the registration area by 1:45 p.m. to count your eggs. The winner of the hunt will be announced at 2 p.m., along with some other small prizes for those who find the golden eggs. (Please limit one gold egg per dog.) There will also be a smaller area for dogs with limited mobility and senior dogs.

10th Annual Dubs & Dogs Car Show
The Dubs and Dogs Volkswagen Car Show is back again this year hosted by our premiere sponsor, Dëutschwurx. Enjoy viewing an array of 1950’s-current VW’s, Audis, and Porsches.
The event is free to the public, but we greatly appreciate any donations of cat or dog food for our emergency pet food pantry to help families in need.
We are looking forward to another amazing time to help raise funds to care for the homeless cats and dogs at The National Humane Education Society’s animal care facility, BAAC. Mark your calendar to join us for some summer fun while helping animals in need.
