You can have your monthly gift deducted directly from your bank account by filling out the Monthly Giving Partner in Animal Welfare Enrollment Form. Please submit this completed form with a check marked VOID or a letter from your financial institution certifying the account name and numbers to The National Humane Education Society, P.O. Box 340, Charles Town, WV 25414.
