Meet Dale, the ginger tomcat yogi with an adorable head tilt and a heart that’s always in the “open paws” pose.

When Dale first arrived, he was a bit of a recluse, finding his “cat-cave” in the feline feral room and practicing his best “invisible cat” asana.

But with time—and a few gentle belly rubs—Dale uncurled from his shell and began to seek out the human side of the mat.

Now, Dale is the purr-fect “welcome meowntra” at the door, sprinting over with the enthusiasm of a kitty in “zoomiesana.”

He’ll flow straight into his signature “cobra pose” and “downward dog,” then toss in a head boop or two for good measure—his way of saying “namaste, don’t stop petting me!”

This one-cat yoga class is on a lifelong search for a pair of legs he can weave between and a home ready for daily sessions of stretching, purring, and unconditional cat love.
