In fact, dogs who are spayed or neutered are statistically less likely to bite than dogs who have not undergone the surgery. Lastly, spaying and neutering your pets is a socially responsible choice. Between 5 and 6 million dogs and cats will end up in our nation’s animal shelters each year; about one-half of these animals will be euthanized.
