Tour Photo Release/Liability Waiver

I hereby give permission for The National Humane Education Society (NHES) and its affiliate organizations (the Briggs Animal Adoption Center) to use photographs/videos of approved children in NHES' and affiliate organizations’ future promotional publications, websites, and social media. As the parent/guardian, my signature below indicates that I have read, understand and agree to the following: I understand that my child will be exposed to animals while at the Briggs Animal Adoption Center (BAAC). I further understand that every precaution will be made to ensure the safety of my child. I agree to hold harmless, NHES, BAAC, the Board of Directors of NHES, officers, agents, and employees for any injuries, accidents or other liabilities arising while my child is at BAAC. I also authorize BAAC or NHES to seek emergency medical treatment in case of accident, injury or illness.
