Executive Director Compensation Policy
Annually, the Board of Directors reviews and approves the salary of the Chief Executive (Executive Director).  This process includes an independent auditor’s review and approval of the Executive Director’s salary for reasonableness for which comparability data, budget constraints and economic factors are also considered when arriving at a decision.
